چکیده
Green synthesis of copper nanoparticles (Cu NPs) is an economical, environmentally friendly and non-toxic approach that has been the subject research in health industry. Therefore, this study, Cu NPs were synthesized using Pimpinella anisum (P.anisum) seed extract their pharmacological activities evaluated. Characterization was performed by UV-vis, FT-IR SEM-EDX analyses. Copper metal reduced reacting with reached maximum peak at 385 nm UV-vis spectra, confirming surface plasmon resonance. spectroscopy showed participation phytochemical components P. synthesis. SEM analysis determined size biosynthesized 10-20 diameter a spherical structure. Strong signals confirmed EDX analysis. The therapeutic effect evaluated antioxidant antibacterial assays. DPPH radical scavenging activity IC50 inhibition values better than exhibited strong activity. Antibacterial disk diffusion method more effective against gram-positive bacteria. It had highest zone (18.0±2.8 mm), especially on Bacillus subtilis These results may have selective drug-resistant bacteria as alternative agent to pharmaceutical applications. This study extract-mediated bioconjugation can be done simply, quickly cost-effectively. As result, should supported detailed vivo studies create agents.
